Manage and execute the evaluation and implementation of new business initiatives and growth opportunities for Land Electronics, driving market and competitive assessment, customer and partner engagement, pipeline ownership, and cross-functional execution in support of U.S. defense modernization priorities.
Requirements
- Provide strategic and tactical direction for business development by evaluating and advancing new initiatives and opportunities
- Conduct market analysis and competitive assessment to inform pursuit decisions
- Assist in planning, designing, and implementing business plans that align to company vision and strategy
- Engage customers independently and build, develop, and manage partnerships and strategic alliances
- Develop and own the opportunity pipeline from early shaping through pursuit
- Support capture activities including white papers, proposals, overview materials, and marketing content
- Represent the company at trade shows and external events
- Apply working knowledge of the government budgeting process to support planning and prioritization
