Level All is a fast-growing media and technology company that is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its Sales and Partnerships team. The position involves managing school partner relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and providing feedback to inform platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Manage the complete school partner relationship from onboarding through ongoing touchpoints
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for superintendents, principals, counselors, and other leaders
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen engagement within existing partner schools
  • Gather and relay product feedback from partners to inform platform improvements
  • Support the team in refining processes and systems that serve our school partners

Benefits

  • Annual compensation range $65,000-$105,000
  • Base salary + expected incentive-based compensation
