Level All is a fast-growing media and technology company that is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its Sales and Partnerships team. The position involves managing school partner relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and providing feedback to inform platform improvements.
Requirements
- Manage the complete school partner relationship from onboarding through ongoing touchpoints
- Serve as the primary point of contact for superintendents, principals, counselors, and other leaders
- Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen engagement within existing partner schools
- Gather and relay product feedback from partners to inform platform improvements
- Support the team in refining processes and systems that serve our school partners
Benefits
- Annual compensation range $65,000-$105,000
- Base salary + expected incentive-based compensation
