Role Overview

As a Customer Retention Manager, you will drive the strategic evolution and profitability of the customer base through relational marketing and predictive marketing logics. You will lead a dynamic team of around 10 collaborators and be responsible for designing and animating multi-detention campaigns across the entire product range.

What You Will Do

Your main missions will revolve around 4 major pillars: Upsell & Cross-sell, Retention & Anti-churn, Development of the Patrimonial Segment, and Pilotage de la Croissance Externe (Parrainage).

Requirements

  • Data & CRM Expertise
  • Technological Mastery (Adobe Campaign environment)
  • Sectors: Banking or Insurance is mandatory
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity
  • Strong organizational, structuring, and management capacities
  • Client-oriented and collective sense (management)

Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: Up to 85 k€ gross + 8% variable + 10-12% interest
  • RTT: 23 days per year (monetizable)
  • Paid Leave: 25 days
  • Durable Mobility Allowance: 800 €/year
  • Transport Title (Navigo): 75% covered
