Role Overview
As a Customer Retention Manager, you will drive the strategic evolution and profitability of the customer base through relational marketing and predictive marketing logics. You will lead a dynamic team of around 10 collaborators and be responsible for designing and animating multi-detention campaigns across the entire product range.
What You Will Do
Your main missions will revolve around 4 major pillars: Upsell & Cross-sell, Retention & Anti-churn, Development of the Patrimonial Segment, and Pilotage de la Croissance Externe (Parrainage).

Requirements
- Data & CRM Expertise
- Technological Mastery (Adobe Campaign environment)
- Sectors: Banking or Insurance is mandatory
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity
- Strong organizational, structuring, and management capacities
- Client-oriented and collective sense (management)
Benefits
- Fixed Salary: Up to 85 k€ gross + 8% variable + 10-12% interest
- RTT: 23 days per year (monetizable)
