Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will integrate the Product and Implementation team and be responsible for implementing partnerships with educational institutions, developing key skills for the company’s growth, and ensuring the success of the company’s products at a large scale.

What You Will Do

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for implementing the partnership with a local authority, following metrics to pilot large-scale deployment, and identifying areas of opportunity or risk. They will also be in charge of setting up, training, following up, and retaining a portfolio of educational institutions on the company’s three product offers.

Requirements

  • Top 5 business school (PGE HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, emlyon) Graduation or 2/3 years of experience
  • Excellent analytical spirit and project management skills
  • Good listening skills and excellent relational skills, obsessed with customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and oral communication, able to explain complex subjects in simple terms and adapt their speech to different users
  • Appetite for the education sector and/or new technologies
