Licorne Society is looking for a Growth/GTM Engineer to help a startup in Paris accelerate their growth and revenue engine. The ideal candidate will have experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, technical mastery of automation tools, and hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-driven automation. The role involves building automated workflows, qualifying and scoring leads, and optimizing the sales funnel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing (B2B SaaS)
- Technical mastery of automation tools (N8N, Make, HubSpot)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-driven automation (AI agents, prompt engineering for growth)
- Strong skills in scraping, data enrichment (Clay), and handling lead databases
- Experience with Lemlist, Cursor, and ideally Webflow or Stripe integrations
