Role Overview
Lead the entire lead generation strategy in partnership with the CRO and CEO, ensuring alignment with commercial growth objectives and operational deployment across all acquisition channels. Take charge and industrialize the RevOps and marketing automation stack, drive partner agencies, and industrialize the inbound funnel.
What You Will Do
Define and drive lead generation strategy, industrialize RevOps and marketing automation stack, drive partner agencies, and industrialize inbound funnel. Build and maintain commercial dashboards, conduct active monitoring of RevOps best practices, and coordinate cross-functional projects.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, growth marketing, or as an entrepreneur who has handled these topics autonomously in a rapid growth context
- Solid experience with a modern marketing automation stack and no-code automation tools
- Demonstrated interest in AI-first approaches and the use of LLMs in production
- Proven experience in managing external agencies, particularly on content, website, and event aspects
- Strong interest in project coordination and comfortable with data: dashboards, scoring, attribution models, funnel analysis
- Self-starter, autonomous, intrapreneurial profile
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
