Role Overview
Manage a human-sized sales team (6 salespeople) to increase sales. Work on large accounts, pilot team activity, and develop commercial strategy.
What You Will Do
Train salespeople in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC method, map prospect organization, accompany salespeople in closing meetings, follow team activity, and report results.

Requires 5+ years of experience as a team manager in B2B environment, engineering or business degree with commerce or management specialization, and comfort with structured sales methods.
Requirements
- Graduate of engineering or business school with commerce or management specialization (Bac+5 level)
- 5+ years of experience as a team manager in B2B environment (Real Estate, Proptech ideally)
- Comfort with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales method
