Drive measurable referral growth through strategic relationship development with physicians, hospitals, and key referral partners. As our Home Health / Hospice Account Executive, you will own territory expansion, execute targeted outreach strategies, and cultivate partnerships that expand access to care and connect more patients to the services they need.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications
  • CRM solution proficiency preferred
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales
