Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hospice sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales
- Establishing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with internal and external teams
- Proficient in using Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications
- CRM solution experience preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
