The Data Analyst will research and respond to client queries, work with a team of analysts to share knowledge and support workload, and communicate with client service analysts to provide updates and resolutions for the client.
Requirements
- Receive and review all client queries submitted by the client services analysts for clarity and completeness.
- Research client query using all available tools and perform cross database analysis to ensure accuracy of dataset.
- Determine if issues exist and recommend correction/improvement to the data.
- Communicate with client service analysts to provide updates and resolutions for the client.
- Use expert knowledge of IQVIA data, Pharma market, programming and statistical methods to understand, research, interrogate, analyze and evaluate available information to respond to client queries and questions.
- Consult with internal teams to resolve and recommend corrections/changes to data/processes.
- Communicate findings and resolutions clearly and concisely through IQVIA query tracking tool process to all stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve query process and research/analysis process.
- Ensure quality of work in processing queries is maintained and improved.
