Analyste Data (Contrat) /Data Analyst (Contract)

Data Analyst (Contract) position at IQVIA, responsible for addressing client queries and concerns regarding IQVIA offerings in a timely manner, requiring strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of IQVIA datasets and the Canadian Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• Receive and review client queries for clarity and completeness
• Research client query using all available tools and perform cross database analysis
• Determine if issues exist and recommend correction/improvement to the data
• Communicate with client service analysts to provide updates and resolutions for the client
