Analyste Data (Contrat) /Data Analyst (Contract)

Job Title: Data Analyst; Address client queries and concerns regarding IQVIA offerings in a timely manner; Research and analyze available information to respond to client queries and questions.

Requirements

• Use expert knowledge of IQVIA data, Pharma market, programming and statistical methods to understand, research, interrogate, analyze and evaluate available information to respond to client queries and questions
• Consult with internal teams to resolve and recommend corrections/changes to data/processes
• Communicate findings and resolutions clearly and concisely through IQVIA query tracking tool process to all stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve query process and research/analysis process
• Ensure quality of work in processing queries is maintained and improved
