Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Supervisor, Instrument Sales to guide and support growth in laboratory equipment business, develop and implement sales strategies, and oversee tender processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree plus 5 years of experience in sales in Biotech, Life Science, or BioPharma industries, with specific focus on equipment sales
  • Relevant industry certifications a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in tender management and submission processes
  • Consistent record of meeting sales targets and supporting business growth
  • Experience in managing and developing customer and channel partner relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and CRM systems (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce)
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating technical and marketing events
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in coordinating with legal and finance teams for contract management
