Requirements
- Master’s degree plus 5 years of experience in sales in Biotech, Life Science, or BioPharma industries, with specific focus on equipment sales
- Relevant industry certifications a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in tender management and submission processes
- Consistent record of meeting sales targets and supporting business growth
- Experience in managing and developing customer and channel partner relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and CRM systems (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce)
- Advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in organizing and facilitating technical and marketing events
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in coordinating with legal and finance teams for contract management
