Requirements

• Extensive experience (8/10+ years) in Patient Recruitment, Patient Retention, Site Solutions, Mobile Research Nursing, Strategy or GTM roles
• Related industry experience in Clinical Trials
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or business function
• Experience in a provider/CRO environment
• Experience leading go‐to‐market strategies for patient‐ or site‐centric solutions, including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and Business Development to support pipeline growth and deal execution
• Experience translating market and client needs into solution strategy and roadmap
• Strong client‐facing and executive communication skills, including presentations to senior sponsor stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‐functional, matrixed environments
