Business Development Support Specialist is a full-time position that requires a bachelor’s degree and related experience, with demonstrable B2B sales experience and knowledge of the Life Science or Pharma Market. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. They will work collaboratively with field sales representatives to achieve sales targets, identify and qualify leads, and develop customer account plans. The position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to analyse and interpret data from various sources. The role involves working with customers and target audiences, participating in strategy calls and bid defences, and communicating directly with sales management and colleagues. The successful candidate will be able to maintain focus and commitment on assigned targets and demonstrate a positive, energetic, flexible, and supportive attitude in a challenging environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrable B2B sales experience (pref)
- Knowledge of Life Science or Pharma Market and drug development life cycle (pref)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources and systems.
