The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and evaluating field performance, conducting annual performance appraisals, and developing business plans aligned with program goals. The role requires a competitive drive, exceptional sales ability, and the ability to travel to assigned healthcare accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of Consumer Health/Pharmaceutical industry experience
- 2+ years of Management experience, training or participation in management development program
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
