As a Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic growth within our Bulk Elemental Analysis business across EMEA. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and translate market insights into impactful go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Advanced degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles within scientific or technical industries
- Preferred background in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic growth plans and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of customer workflows and industry trends in relevant market segments
- Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong business acumen, including value proposition development, pricing strategies, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel internationally (30–40%)
