The Psychometric Properties Data Analyst Manager is a subject-matter expert in psychometric evaluation of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) responsible for curation, maintenance, and enhancement of psychometric properties data within IQVIA’s COAA / COA Accelerator platform.

• Strong analytical and critical appraisal skills.
• High attention to detail and data quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a senior expert role.
