Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is a strategic partner responsible for harnessing the power of data to guide fundraising strategy and donor engagement. This role transforms raw data into actionable insights that empower Philanthropy, Programs, and cross-functional teams to make informed decisions and advance our mission of ending homelessness.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to the organization’s mission to end homelessness.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
• Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards required; experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.
• Experience working across teams and balancing competing priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting both fundraising and program/service delivery data.
• Experience with Salesforce system implementations or migrations.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising metrics, donor segmentation, and prospect research.
• Experience with program evaluation, outcomes tracking, or human services data.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
