Business Development Executive

Role Overview

Lineage is the world’s largest temperature-controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions provider. As a Business Development Executive in New Zealand, you will strengthen customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sustainable growth across cold storage and logistics operations. Based in Auckland, this role focuses on developing opportunities and supporting customers across New Zealand.

What You Will Do

You will grow and manage a portfolio of customers while identifying and converting new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships, pursuing new warehousing and supply chain opportunities, developing proposals and pricing models, leading negotiations, and monitoring market trends.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, account management, sales or customer growth roles
• Exposure to logistics, warehousing, supply chain, transport or 3PL environments
• A customer-first approach and proven ability to develop long-term partnerships
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven commercial recommendations
• Experience preparing proposals, pricing solutions and business cases
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results
