As a Senior Associate on the Growth and Transformation (G&T) team, you will act as a technical architect and business advisor for our EMEAL & APAC LinkedIn Talent Solutions business, within the Sales Strategy and Operations Team. The role involves identifying opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline sales and operation workflows, and communicating the value of these transformations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, etc.)
- 6+ years of experience in a strategic or analytical role (Consulting, Business Strategy, Sales Operations, or Engineering)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with data modelling & querying and 2+ years of experience with python
- Experience identifying or implementing AI/ML use cases or automation (e.g., Python, RPA, or LLM integration) within a business context
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx and ability to spot opportunities for application within the business
- Proven ability to distil technical complexity into compelling narratives for executive-level audiences
- Advanced experience developing dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools to drive real-time decision-making
