Role Overview

As a Unit Sales Manager, CT, you will be responsible for the compliance and accuracy of selling and reporting system at the assigned distributor(s). You will analyze reports to identify market opportunities, align a monthly plan with distributors, and support the Area Sales manager to review key distributors’ capability, finance, and P&L on a timely basis. You will also be involved in market development, trade marketing, and new products launching.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing reports, aligning monthly plans with distributors, reviewing key distributors’ capability, finance, and P&L, and providing feedback and analysis to upper-level management. You will also be involved in market development, trade marketing, and new products launching.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in FMCG industry
  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
  • Exposure using MS Office (word, excel, ppt)
  • Good communication skills (both oral and writing)
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Sound Inter-personal skills
