Analytics Engineer (MarTech)

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to partner closely with our marketing team and turn data into a strategic advantage. You’ll collaborate with marketers to translate their goals into actionable data solutions and ensure tracking is accurate across the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Data foundation and modelling
  • Develop, improve and apply a data warehouse modelling strategy for marketing-related data
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to instrument the product
  • Maintain data models of our users combining various sources of data into a single unified and ready to be used view
  • Build or contribute to audience segmentation models to improve campaign performance
  • Model metrics used for tracking performance of campaigns
  • Build data pipelines to ensure marketing and analytics platforms have access to the right data, at the right time
  • Build or contribute to attribution models to understand the impact of marketing campaigns
  • Establish experimentation (A/B testing) practices for all types of marketing campaigns
  • Build dashboards to monitor the health and performance of marketing efforts
