Business Development Representative

Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up on marketing-driven initiatives. Create consistent top-of-funnel activity and ensure Account Managers are engaged with qualified prospects.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over phone and email
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to improve performance over time

Benefits

  • Base + KPI Incentive Pay = $70-75K/year
