Inside Sales – Equipment role involves interacting with customers, sharing automotive knowledge, and providing excellent customer service. The role is based at Lordco Auto Parts’ Head Office and Distribution Center in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada. The company is a family-owned and operated business with over 85 store locations across Western Canada.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, processing sales orders, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with the sales team. The successful candidate will also stay updated on industry trends and build customer loyalty through continuous innovation.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of automotive equipment, tools, and accessories
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the automotive equipment or related industry
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Mathematically inclined
• Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
