What You Will Do
Coach and mentor Sales Consultants, evaluate their performance, manage inventory, and keep up to date with manufacturer marketing information.

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5 or more years of sales management experience in an automotive dealership
- Previous managerial experience in a team environment
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in French and English (preferred)
