Finance Manager – Merch FP&A

Role Overview

Partner with complex areas of the business to convert business plans into forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans. Develop and maintain scorecards, business cases, and provide proactive analysis to optimize business performance.

What You Will Do

Develop senior talent, facilitate financial forecasting, plan processes, collaborate across the business to provide root cause analysis and actionable insights, communicate financial analysis to leaders, and complete work assignments by applying expertise in finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent years of experience
• 6 years Experience in finance or analytical role in public company or accounting
• 1 year Experience with financial forecasting or analytical modeling
• Experience in structuring and writing formal documents, developing and delivering group presentations, project planning, and/or cross-functional collaboration
• Previous experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Corporate Accounting
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
