Role Overview
The Workday Analyst will partner with People Functions teams to gather and analyze requirements for security configurations, assess existing security architecture, and deliver expert recommendations to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant solutions. The role will also involve building sustainable, efficient, and easy-to-follow setup solutions in Workday, predominantly in security architecture, cross-function services, and authentication.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert responsible for driving service reliability, operational monitoring, incident management, mass data management, automation, and continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, experience in Workday HCM/Security, and a solid understanding of advanced security setup, solutions, authentication via SSO, OAuth, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday
- Experience in Workday HCM/Security
- Solid understanding of Workday business processes
- Understanding of Workday integrations and reporting
- Experience with Workday releases and change management processes
