Responsible for winning new revenue in the National Territory, expanding into new and/or untapped channels and markets, and retaining and growing a portfolio of Distributor Accounts.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of outside B2B sales experience selling packaged and bulk petroleum products, and/or experience in the trucking or similar industry
- Considerable experience and comfort with cold calling and closing deals
- Natural growth mindset and a competitive spirit, motivated by achieving goals and hitting targets
- Familiar with and/or able to adopt and deploy a solutions-focused selling approach
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills
- High level of confidence and competence in negotiating and closing deals
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office (especially Excel)
