Role Overview

Lucid Motors is looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing expert to own Paid Media efforts at all stages of the customer funnel. The ideal candidate has a passion for Digital media, is highly analytical, and appreciates the role great creative plays in driving performance.

What You Will Do

The role involves leading strategy, management, optimization, and execution of all paid media activity, including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. The candidate will scale new customer acquisition channels across paid digital and manage daily operations and campaign management of performance marketing channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & DSP campaigns
• Experience building and scaling campaigns to new international markets
• Total ownership mindset
• Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Strong quantitative analytics with technical lean
• Holistic results/growth orientation married with entrepreneurial thinking and an insatiable intellectual curiosity
• Basic understanding of web standards, analytics, and SEO
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
• A natural curiosity about cutting-edge technologies, analytics, and the digital marketplace, as well as a passion for innovation
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• A solid track record of collaboration, with demonstrable experience working with internal teams, stakeholders, and agency partners
• The ability to prioritize demands based on business impact and the ability to defend those decisions
• A self-starter mindset who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations
• A proven track record of taking initiative to suggest and implement new ideas
• A passion for solving problems creatively and proactively
