Senior Data Analyst, Service Analytics

Role Overview

The Sr. Data Analyst, Service Analytics will work with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions. The role will be responsible for developing KPI metrics, working with business process owners, and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Developing KPI metrics, working with business process owners, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The role will also involve developing ad-hoc data and reporting solutions, extracting data from multiple sources, and communicating business impacts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a B.I. Analyst or Data Analyst
• Graduate degree in Business Analytics or related field of study
• Familiarity with SAP ERP for supply chain operations
• Highly proficient in SQL, and Tableau dashboard development
• Experience in developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce
• Ability to use Python (or other tools) for data extraction, develop ETL pipelines, and perform ad-hoc analytics
• Knowledgeable in using collaboration tools (Git repositories, JIRA systems, version control, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
