Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a team member that is committed to helping others and their communities while also growing professionally as part of our Ludia family. This role is consultative and solution-focused, centered on guiding prospects and customers through the Dynamics 365 portfolio, articulating Ludia’s differentiators, and uncovering business pain points that drive incremental value, optimization, and transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience selling or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ideally within a partner or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Finance, Supply Chain, CE, and Power Platform
  • Proven success in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions
  • Experience leveraging CRM systems for pipeline management and opportunity tracking
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting and account research tools (e.g., ZoomInfo)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level engagement skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, delivery, and Microsoft teams
  • Curious, energetic, and motivated to continuously learn and grow
