Senior Financial Analyst (Enterprise and Strategic Initiatives)

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting enterprise growth and margin productivity initiatives through strategic financial analysis, business case development, forecasting support, project leadership, and executive reporting.

Lead financial analysis, business case development, forecasting support, and strategic deep dives to evaluate business opportunities, performance trends, productivity initiatives, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
• Professional designation or MBA a plus
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis and program management experience with fast-paced business environments
• Retail industry experience is an asset
• Expert knowledge across MS suite: Excel, Work, Powerpoint, and outlook is required
• Working knowledge of Oracle EPM and Power BI an asset
• Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner
• Ability to cultivate strong business partnerships with all levels, including Senior Leadership
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and create structure where processes, information, or ownership may be unclear
• Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
