Lumafield is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to join its Strategy & Operations team. The role involves partnering with the Chief of Staff and Head of Sales to improve the GTM engine and work with Marketing Ops and Customer Success Ops. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, and experienced in the modern AI-assisted ops stack, with hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, and Clay.
Requirements
- Own the weekly forecasting cadence end-to-end
- Build the dashboards leadership actually uses
- Support comp plan administration, quota tracking, and attainment reporting
- Partner with the Chief of Staff on cross-functional analyses and special projects across GTM
- Partner with Marketing Ops on the seams
- Partner with CS Ops on the post-sale signal
- Take HubSpot from’mostly works’ to ‘load-bearing’
- Build the runbooks and automations that let the team scale without breaking
