Senior Analyst, Business Performance – FP&A

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A – Development reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A and serves as a key finance business partner to the Development, Construction, Engineering, and Technical Sales organizations. This role is responsible for supporting the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management of Luminace’s development pipeline.

Key responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting & analysis, KPI development & performance management, data analytics & business insights, executive, board & investor reporting, and business partnership & strategic support.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-7 years of financial planning and analysis or relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience working with large and complex data sets to generate business insights and recommendations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience developing KPIs, performance metrics, and driver-based forecasting models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Complex modeling experience is a plus
• Experience with OneStream, Salesforce, Microsoft D365, ThinkCell, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, or similar analytical tools is preferred
• Prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate development, construction, or project-based industries is preferred
