FP&A Lead

Role Overview

The FP&A Lead will build the financial planning and insight capability needed to support Luminance’s growth. Reporting to the VP Finance, the role will own Luminance’s forward-looking financial view, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance analysis, and management reporting.

What You Will Do

The FP&A Lead will own financial planning, lead planning cycles, turn performance into action, create a trusted view of the business, partner across Luminance, support important decisions, model future scenarios, and build an FP&A capability that scales.

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, corporate finance or financial planning and analysis
• A track record of building or significantly improving FP&A models, processes and reporting within a scaling business
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS, enterprise software or technology company, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue economics
• Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and scenario-analysis skills
• Strong financial and commercial judgement, with the ability to challenge assumptions and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance audiences
• A hands-on, high-ownership approach—you are as comfortable building the model as presenting its conclusions
• Practical experience using modern systems, data, AI and automation to improve the quality and speed of finance work
