Controller and FP&A Analyst | Chassis Engineering

We are looking for a Controller and FP&A Analyst to work alongside Chassis Engineering, responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring financial projects, supporting managers in decision-making and efficient resource management.

What You Will Do

Prepare and follow up on Budget and Forecast, performing analysis of variations between forecasted and realized values; Control financial projects, monitoring costs, hours, headcount, CAPEX, and OPEX; Develop and update reports, indicators, and management controls to support decision-making; Manage financial suppliers and consultants, including validation of timesheets, external hiring, and payment tracking; Create and follow up on purchase orders in SAP Toucan; Manage and track travel expenses through SAP Concur; Control and consolidate internal hours from Betim, Porto Real, Pernambuco, Palomar, and Córdoba plants; Analyze financial pendences and perform collections from suppliers, in conjunction with responsible managers; Support the organization’s financial and operational training, global events, Town Halls, and international leadership visits; Supervise and train the employee responsible for supplier invoice registration; Act as an interface between Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, suppliers, and project managers, ensuring the quality and reliability of information.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related areas, and desired post-graduation/MBA in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Project Management, or related areas. The candidate should have experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Project Finance, preferably in an industrial/automotive environment.
