Account Manager

Account Manager role responsible for developing relationships with key prospects in the Market for Flexible Packaging and Hygiene in Vietnam, with a focus on driving profitable growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Good understanding of Flexible Film and Masterbatch/Additive Market in Vietnam
• Location should be in Vietnam
• Organizational skills – planning, organizing, execution able to coordinate activities and engage others to achieve results
• Ability to communicate professionally with people within all levels of the organization and external contacts
• Judgment and decision making skills, analysis of costs and benefits of changes and recommending the most appropriate action
• Conflict resolution and negotiation; the ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve conflicts
• Complex analytical skills, ability to understand business processes
• Accountable, results-oriented, and self-motivated; open-minded to challenges
• Able to manage change and to meet commitments and deadlines
