Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Coordinator will be the day-to-day engine behind the College Revenue Operations function, maintaining account and contact data in Salesforce, managing user access and identity requests, and supporting building reports and dashboards. The role requires a track record of managing complex issues and working well across teams and with external partners. The Coordinator will work under the direction of the Revenue Operations Lead and will be expected to grow as the tools and business needs evolve.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will maintain account and contact data in Salesforce, execute territory updates, monitor and triage the Revenue Operations case queue, and track case volume and turnaround. The Coordinator will also support contractor onboarding and offboarding, quality reviews of vendor-completed work, and maintain vendor-facing documentation.

Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- A track record of managing your own workload with limited day-to-day oversight
- Experience handling complex or escalated issues and seeing them through to resolution
- Clear, professional written communication skills, especially for process documentation
- The ability to translate operational processes into documentation others can actually use
- A demonstrated ability to work well across teams and with external partners
- Some college coursework or equivalent hands-on experience
