Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction by actively engaging with shoppers across all touchpoints – both in-store and online – and drive cross-category sales to support overall business goals.
What You Will Do
You will make tailored product recommendations, leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey, and support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures.

Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
