Role Overview
Madar is seeking a highly capable Sales Manager to support the company’s growth and strengthen its market position within the logistics technology sector. This role focuses on developing targeted sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and securing key accounts. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, strategic planning ability, and experience leading sales functions to deliver high performance.
What You Will Do
Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successful onboarding. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts and business stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of sales experience, preferably in software, logistics, or technology services. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management.
