Role Overview
The Business Development Manager – First Mile Transport is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within inland transportation. The role focuses on expanding the customer portfolio, strengthening strategic client relationships, and delivering commercially competitive first-mile transport solutions that align with customer requirements, market trends, and the company’s growth strategy.
What You Will Do
Identify, develop, and secure new customers for First Mile Transport services. Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure. Build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

- Proven experience in trucking or inland transport sales.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s transport network and corridor dynamics.
- Experience working with BCOs, industrial clients, or freight forwarders is preferred.
