The Regional Head Europe – People Operations will hold regional responsibility for delivering professional, high-quality and integrated HR support across diverse employee groups and cultures.

The Regional Head Europe – People Operations will lead the regional People Advisory Services team, strengthen employee experience, translate the global HR service delivery model into effective regional execution, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience creating and delivering a range of high-quality business services, preferably including HR services.
- HR generalist background in a large international organisation, including HR operations experience; shared-services experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on team engagement, capability building and change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and executive presence with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Strong employee-experience and customer-service orientation.
- Process and continuous-improvement mindset, with a focus on high-quality and efficient service delivery.
- Ability to translate global operating models into practical regional plans and execution.
- Collaborative working style that fosters cooperation and teamwork across functions, brands and locations.
- High accountability, pace and attention to delivery commitments.
