Role Overview
MAKE Cafe seeks a Restaurant and Events Manager to lead front-of-house operations, manage catering and private events, and supervise staff. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and has excellent customer service and leadership skills.
What You Will Do
The REM will engage with customers, monitor service operations, mentor staff, and ensure proper training and accountability. They will also oversee day-to-day FOH operations, manage budgets, and lead revenue growth through innovative menu and event experiences.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant or events hospitality experience
- Minimum 1 year of management experience supervising others
- ServSafe Manager Certified
