Role Overview

Join Makse Group as an Assistant Marketing Manager to play a meaningful role in a high-growth business, working closely with leadership, product teams, sales, and consultants to bring new ideas, products, and marketing initiatives to life.

What You Will Do

Create, edit, and publish content across social media, websites, blogs, email, and other marketing channels, develop clear, audience-specific copy, design and maintain presentations, and manage social media accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand complex business concepts and translate them into clear, engaging content and marketing assets
  • Strong visual design skills with experience creating professional presentations, one-pagers, social media assets, and marketing collateral
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of Workday or related enterprise technology platforms
