(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social (all genders)

We are mammaly, a leading pet supplement start-up in Germany, and we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to join our Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our Meta campaigns, analyzing the entire funnel, and identifying optimization levers to drive profitable customer acquisition. You will also develop and optimize direct response funnels, collaborate with copy and creative teams, and build a structured creative testing framework.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (ideally in the supplements, beauty or cosmetics sector)
• In-depth understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels
• Experience in the conception or strategic co-development of performance creatives
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German and English
