Role Overview
The Center Operations & Sales Manager is a hybrid role responsible for driving market expansion through direct field sales and public school partnerships, while ensuring standard operating procedures, academic quality, and customer service are maintained across partner centers.
What You Will Do
Lead generation, market mapping, pitching, proposal and negotiation, marketing and local acquisition, partner and service management, team leadership, resource management, class and facility operations, quality assurance and leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the education industry
- Professional working proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
