Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Specialist will operate based on an understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including Cash Management, Portfolio Reconciliations, Asset Servicing, and related disciplines. The role incumbent is also required to establish and maintain cordial relationships with various stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Perform day-to-day operations, communicate and resolve trade and cash queries, actively manage risks, improve business processes, and drive process improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related course
- LOMA, Canadian Securities Certification, or CFSI is preferred
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in Investment/Wealth, Securities, or similar industry
- BPO/Shared Service experience is an asset
- Intermediate/Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience in Mainframe and/or Form-based applications is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Very high attention to detail
- Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Good exposure and working knowledge of Markets and Investment Products
- Interpersonal skills to interact with Business Units
- Good time management skills with the ability to be flexible to changing environments
- Ability to work independently and willing to collaborate with other team members
