Role Overview
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who loves puzzles, solves problems independently, manages multi-projects, and learns at a pace that unlocks new possibilities for customers and for Mapistry. This role owns the technical heart of onboarding: mapping complex spreadsheets and environmental programs into our platform, structuring customer projects, and ensuring every implementation runs smoothly and accurately.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end onboarding projects: kickoff, requirements, configuration, delivery, and go-live. Translate customer data, spreadsheets, calculations, and forms into the Mapistry platform. Solve technical problems independently. Run highly organized customer meetings with clear agendas, up-to-date project trackers, structured notes, and crisp follow-ups.

Requirements
- 4+ years in a fast-paced environment (startup or consulting)
- 2+ years of client facing project management
- Experience with BI tools (Sigma, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker), SQL, and/or scripting (Python/Javascript)
