Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform as business needs evolve. This role will partner with business stakeholders to improve processes, configure practical solutions, support users, maintain data quality, and help ensure the platform operates efficiently and securely.
What You Will Do
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, configure and support Salesforce functionality, monitor platform health, troubleshoot configuration, integration, and performance issues, and resolve user-reported defects in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years hands-on experience supporting business users as a Salesforce Administrator
- strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Omni-Channel, Lightning Experience, Flows, and complex reporting and dashboards
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications strongly preferred
